Upon submitting this inquiry SMCEC will put a 5 business day tentative courtesy hold on your event dates while we process your inquiry. A tentative hold does not offer date protection at any time the space could be released to other interested inquiries who are ready to contract.

If you would like first-hold status, with your inquiry you would be required to pay a $500 Deposit giving you first right to dates with a 48 hour notification to contract or release if a challenge has been received for the dates you have on hold.
