  Pedestrian access is available from Delaware Street at Gate 3 for convenience; that allows patrons to access our South Parking lot from the Delaware side of our property for those taking public transportation and parking off-site. Gate 3 provides pedestrian access to patrons from Delaware into our parking lot, while still providing security as it does not access the interior of the property.

As an experienced and busy event planner in the Bay Area, I have found both the facilities and the staff at the San Mateo Event Center to be exemplary. They go out of their way to make my event run smoothly and are always willing to go the extra mile, without having to ask. My client’s private party was spectacular and I thank the Event Center for making my job easy!
