Entertaining and educational conference for older adults that will leave you invigorated and inspired!

Great news, Supervisor Jackie Speier is relaunching Seniors on the Move! Please mark your calendar for Thursday, September 17, 2026, 10 AM to 3 PM.

So many of you have been telling her how much you miss this popular conference that she started in honor of her grandmother in 1987 and hosted for more than 30 years. The last conference was in 2018 before COVID. 2026 is the year we are bringing it back with an exciting line up of speakers, entertainers, resources, and lunch.

We have fond memories of past speakers like Rita Moreno, Jack LaLanne, Betty Reid Soskin, Doug McConnell and many others who invigorated and inspired us with wisdom, humor, and practical tips for every day. We promise to deliver a stellar line up this fall. More details on that soon.
